Crystal Alchemy for the Modern Sage
I create a range of jewelry from simple earrings, rings, and necklaces to textured geometric and gemstone amulets. All of my pieces are crafted with the intention of imparting wisdom and meaning to the wearer, with a focus on designs featuring unique weaves and patterns that tell a story. My materials of choice are raw copper wire, chosen for its known energy balancing and healing properties.

Hi! My name is Aina and I am the owner of Black Stone Alchemy, a handmade jewelry business specializing in wire-wrapped natural gemstone adornments. I am a Black/Indigenous artist and a student of ancestral-based practices. I have been exploring metalsmithing and multi-media art for over a decade, both formally and self-taught. I am dedicated to creating wearable art that is both aesthetically pleasing and meaningful. At Black Stone Alchemy, I predominantly work with raw copper wire because of its energy-balancing and healing properties, and I use ethically sourced, semi-precious gemstones in my designs. My intention is to create alchemical jewelry that serves as a tool for self-reflection and personal growth for the wearer.
